We thank you for your interest in Saint Ignatius Loyola Regional School and look forward to receiving your application. Children entering kindergarten must be five years old by October 15th. To be considered for enrollment, please complete and/or submit each of the following to the main office:

 

• Registration Packet

• Religious Education Form

• General Information

• Birth Certificate

• Baptismal Certificate

• Immunization Records

• Medical Forms (included in packet)

• Dental Form (included in packet)

• Request for Transportation (included in packet)
